Return & Exchange Policy

At THE TETRA CONCEPT, we carefully curate eveningwear and special occasion pieces. Due to the nature of these products, exchanges and refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Size Exchange

Customers may request a size exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order.

The item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unaltered
  • Free of perfume, makeup, or signs of use
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Size exchanges are subject to availability.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a manufacturing defect, customers may request an exchange.

The returned item will be inspected by our quality team, and the exchange will be processed once the defect is confirmed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of eveningwear products, refunds are not accepted for sizing preferences or change of mind.

Refund requests will only be approved after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags and packaging attached

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be transferred within 7 business days after approval.

Additional Terms

  • Partial returns are not accepted.
  • Exchanges for different products or styles are not permitted.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges and returns.

استبدال المقاس

يمكن للعميل طلب استبدال المقاس خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

يشترط أن يكون المنتج:

  • غير مستخدم أو مرتدى
  • غير معدل
  • خالياً من آثار العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل
  • مرفقاً بجميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي

ويخضع الاستبدال لتوفر المقاس المطلوب.

عيوب التصنيع

في حال وجود عيب تصنيع، يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال.

سيتم استلام المنتج وفحصه من قبل فريق الجودة، وبعد التأكد من وجود عيب التصنيع سيتم تنفيذ عملية الاستبدال.

الاسترجاع واسترداد المبلغ

نظراً لطبيعة منتجات السهرة، لا يتم قبول طلبات استرداد المبلغ بسبب المقاس أو تغيير الرأي.

ويتم قبول طلبات استرداد المبلغ فقط بعد استلام المنتج واجتيازه لفحص الجودة.

يشترط أن يكون المنتج:

  • بحالته الأصلية
  • غير مستخدم أو مرتدى
  • مرفقاً بجميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي

يتم تحويل قيمة الطلبات المدفوعة نقداً عند الاستلام خلال 7 أيام عمل من اعتماد طلب الاسترجاع.

شروط إضافية

  • لا يسمح بالاسترجاع الجزئي للطلبات.
  • لا يسمح باستبدال المنتج بمنتج أو موديل مختلف.
  • قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية على عمليات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
