At THE TETRA CONCEPT, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Our customer service team will contact customers to confirm order details before shipping. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Orders within Egypt are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Customers may open and inspect their package in the presence of the courier upon delivery only.

Please note that inspection is limited to verifying the item and does not include trying on or using the product.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location.

Additional shipping fees may apply for approved exchanges or returns.
